The Rising is 20 day wellbeing practice to raise energy on an individual level and also within the community who take part. The commitment is a 20 minute practice for 20 days to bring us to June 21st, the summer solstice which happens to be International Day of Yoga. The practice is gentle, accesible for all levels and will include:

  • breathing practices to soothe the mind and body
  • breathing for meditation, relaxation, focus and boosting energy
  • meditation and focusing excercises/techniques
  • guided relaxation sessions
  • strength, mobility and flexibility movements for the entire body
  • balancing excercises for body and mind
  • practical tools you can use in your own life

The benefits

This a a personal commitment to yourself to set aside 20 minutes for 20 days in a row to nurture yourself. It is a time to bring kindness and compassion to yourself. In addition we will have an opportunity to extend this kindness and compassion to others in our life and in our community.

Once we get into the rhythm we will develop a steady practice and you will begin to see changes and the effect of this consistency in your daily life. Benefits include:

Build Community

We encourage that you commit to this practice with us and the other participants who you can engage with on our website but would really love to see people signing up with family, friends, work colleagues, teams. Hold each ohter accountable for travelling on the journey together. Check-in with one another, discuss the sessions and the effect it is having. This will enhance your enjoyment and sense of community.
