Yoga Level 1-2: Our Level 1-2 classes are for Beginners/Intermediate level of practitioners so ideal of you have not done yoga before or are doing one class per week.
Yoga Level 2-3: Intermediate to advance postures are offered in this Faster pace yoga with options from easy to challenging this class develops better movement, strength, concentration and meditation with a mix of sweat and serenity.
Gentle Yoga: Lisa leads you through a more gentle paced class to bring better movement, stability and relaxation.
Pregnancy Yoga: Join anytime from 14 weeks of pregnancy.
